National Work-Life Week: What's Your Work-Life Balance Type?
This week is National Work-Life Week, which aims to promote the importance of work-life balance and wellbeing of employees. As a firm of occupational psychologists, we’re always interested in the satisfaction of individuals and improving the effectiveness of our people. In fact, one of our core values is ‘Be Human’, which encompasses the desire to strive and grow together and investing in the success of our people, so we really do appreciate what it takes to help people perform effectively.
Did you know? According to the Mental Health Foundation, poor work-life balance is one of the most widely reported detriments to mental wellbeing. The increasing demands of work can make it challenging to achieve a healthy work-life balance, but there are several ways you and your workplace can help.
Since we specialise in leading psychometrics, we’ve created a ‘not-so-psychometric’ quiz to identify what kind of work-life balance type you are. (Note, this isn’t a comprehensive or one of our standard psychometric assessments).
Take the quiz to identify your type and explore some advice on how to improve your work-life balance!
