Dstl provide unique science and technology to the Ministry of Defence and wider government, enabling the defence of our country at home and abroad. They exist to provide and source expertise that are top in their field so, in a nutshell, they house some of the biggest brains on the planet! More than seven years ago Dstl called in Criterion Partnership to help because incredible technical expertise frequently did not equal incredible leadership capabilities. People who delivered great technical work had been promoted to leadership positions for which they were not prepared.
