Criterion Partnership consultants are highly experienced in facilitating feedback sessions and in helping individuals to make use of the feedback in their development plans.
We also support the on-going development of individuals who have received 360 feedback, and have a library of personal development materials.
You may wish to facilitate the 360 feedback sessions yourself, or in partnership with us. We are able to offer 1 or 2 day facilitator training programmes which are tailored to suit your needs and the experience of the delegates.
