The bespoke design process

We meet with you to explore your needs, the objectives for the assessment process, the role and criteria, and to understand the messages and perceptions your process must communicate.

We provide a menu of design options describing assessment case-studies and exercises for you to choose from. These might be based on real content from your role and business, a simulated version or a scenario we create to challenge your participants.

We develop the materials, trial them and make refinements. We can train your observers and facilitators. The materials are then handed over to you; there are no further costs for their ongoing use.
